Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
As previously announced on January 31, 2011, Gary A Hafner, Vice President of Manufacturing, is retiring from the Company effective March 31, 2011. Effective April 1, 2011, Ken Hendrickson will be promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing. Mr. Hendrickson has been with the Company since 2007 and is currently serving as our Director of Quality.
