Preliminary Note:
This Form 8-K/A amends and supplements the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Sparton Corporation, an Ohio corporation, on February 15, 2011 solely to correct a typographical error contained in slide no. 9 of Exhibit 99.2. A revised slide no. 9 is attached to this Form 8-K/A as Exhibit 99.3. As amended, “zero” under Net Income (Loss) for Strongsville has been replaced with “722.” Conforming changes were made to Net Income (Loss) for Total Medical, and to Net Profit Margin for Strongsville and Total Medical.
The remainder of the Form 8-K and the Exhibits thereto are unchanged.
