Item 8.01		Other Events.

On each of February 14, 2011 and February 16, 2011, the Corporation received an imminent danger order issued by the Mine Safety and Health Administration under section 107(a) of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 at its Lemon Springs quarry in Sanford, North Carolina. Each of the orders were issued when a contract truck driver exited his truck on quarry property, propped open his truck’s tailgate with a hammer, inserted his upper torso between the tailgate and truck bed and was exposed to the risk of being struck with the tailgate.
