INX Inc. (NASDAQ: INXI) today provided an update on certain financial information for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2010, recent business conditions and the status of completing the restatement of previously issued financial statements and becoming current on its SEC filings. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
