Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 15, 2011, China New Media Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the financial results of the Company for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
