Item 8.01. Other Events
On February 14, 2011, GeoGlobal Resources Inc. (GeoGlobal) issued a press release announcing a decision by Mr. Jean Paul Roy, a Director and the principal shareholder of GeoGlobal to engage in three transactions that will reduce his holdings in GeoGlobal stock. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
