Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 14, 2011, Western Refining, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its El Paso refinery began starting various units late last week and anticipates returning to normal operation later this week following damage and interruption to its operations due to record-breaking low temperatures and interruptions to its electrical supply beginning February 2, 2011. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
