Item 8.01. Other Events

On February 15, 2011 we made this announcement on our website: Lamperd Less Lethal is pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with the large, European Corporation, Technopol International. This agreement will be to jointly manufacture a long range 30 mm less lethal sniper launcher. We will be modifying the very reliable RAG-30, which is currently used in Europe, with our light weight material used in our tried and true Defender. This modified less lethal launcher will be a semi-automatic, light weight version, firing our patented Wasp material at much greater distances than the 40 mm or 12 ga. launchers.
