Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 14, 2011, Insight Enterprises, Inc. announced by press release its results of
operations for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein. The information
