     On February 11, 2011, Reliance Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting that it was suspending dividends on all of its outstanding preferred stock effective immediately. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
