Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 11, 2011, NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (NYSE: NWE) (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing financial results for the year ended December 31, 2010, and providing earnings guidance for 2011 in the range of $2.25 - $2.40 per fully diluted share. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
