On February 8, 2011, Kenexa Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation (“KNXA”) announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2010 and certain other information. A copy of Kenexa’s press release announcing these financial results and certain other information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of Kenexa's earnings release script announcing these financial results is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 9, 2011, Kenexa Corporation disclosed a supplemental information package containing reconciliations of certain non-GAAP financial measures to the related GAAP financial measures. These non-GAAP financial measures may be disclosed at upcoming investor and analyst meetings. A copy of this supplemental information package is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
