Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 9, 2011, Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
