On January 24, 2011, Viasystems Group, Inc. (the “Registrant" or "Viasystems”) issued a press release announcing Viasystems' Fourth Quarter 2010 Results Conference Call on February 8, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
On February 8, 2011, Viasystems issued a press release announcing Viasystems' fourth quarter 2010 earnings.
