Previously, the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales participated in a sales incentive compensation program and was not a participant in the executive bonus plan. On February 2, 2011, the Board of Directors approved having Donald J. Girskis, Shoretel’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, participate in the executive bonus plan instead of a sales incentive program.
