The Company issued a press release on February 8, 2011 announcing that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 12 cents per common share, payable March 24, 2011 to shareowners of record on March 11, 2011. The Company expects its 2011 annualized dividend rate to be 50 cents per share, subject to the approval of its board of directors. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1
