On February 8, 2011, management of Encore Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) presented information regarding the Company’s business and financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010 to investors at the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Texas Field Trip held in Dallas, Texas. The slide presentation given at this conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The foregoing description is qualified by reference to such exhibit.
