On February 4, 2011, TPC Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing commencement of a detailed engineering study for the restart of certain of its dehydrogenation assets at the Company’s Houston Operations. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
