Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 2, 2011, Strategic Storage Trust, Inc. (the “Registrant”), held a webinar for registered representatives and stockholders to review the Registrant’s fourth quarter 2010 portfolio and acquisition update. A copy of the presentation materials used during the webinar is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure. The Registrant intends to hold another webinar on February 3, 2011, in which the same information will be presented.
