Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 31, 2011, Ferro Corporation ("the Company") issued a press release announcing a plan to increase production capacity for silver powder and silver flake materials at the Company's manufacturing plant in South Plainfield, New Jersey.
