     On February 1, 2011, Acme Packet, Inc. issued a press release to announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010 and to provide guidance for fiscal year 2011. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
