Effective January 18, 2011, Hank Skorny, the Senior Vice President of Media Cloud Computing and Services of RealNetworks, Inc. (the "Company"), was appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. In connection with this appointment, Michael Lunsford, the Company’s Executive Vice President, assumed operational responsibility for the Company’s Emerging Products group.
