On January 24, 2011, Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc., issued a press release announcing they are to realize a first quarter gain of approximately $8.0-$8.5 Million from the Sale of Portfolio Company, InfoLogix. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
