On Jan. 19, 2011, the board of directors of ONEOK, Inc. announced an increase in our quarterly dividend to 52 cents per share of common stock from 48 cents per share, effective for the fourth quarter 2010, payable Feb. 14, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 31, 2011.
