Other Events.
On
January 18, 2011, Evergreen Solar, Inc. received a letter from
the Nasdaq Stock Market confirming that the company has regained
compliance with the Nasdaq Stock Market’s minimum bid price
requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) after
maintaining a closing bid price in excess of $1.00 for ten
consecutive trading days.
