On January 19, 2011, Wolverine Bancorp, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing the consummation of the Registrant’s stock offering and the mutual to stock conversion of Wolverine Bank. A press release giving details associated with the Registrant’s stock offering and the conversion closing is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
