On January 19, 2011, OMNOVA Solutions Inc. held a conference call with investors to discuss financial results for the Company’s fourth fiscal quarter and full year ended November 30, 2010, as announced in a press release issued on January 18, 2011. A copy of this press release was filed with the Commission on January 19, 2011.
The press release further indicated that accompanying slides, for reference during the call, would be posted to the Company’s website prior to the call. A copy of these accompanying slides is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
