On January 10, 2011, Perfumania Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the sales for the month ended January 1, 2011(fiscal December 2010) for one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Perfumania, which operates specialty retail fragrance stores. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
