January 11, 2011, interclick, inc. (the “Company”) appointed William H. Wise as
a member of its Board of Directors.
Mr. Wise
has not been involved in any transaction with the Company that would require
disclosure under Item 404(a) of the Regulation S-K.

January 11, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing the appointment
of Mr. Wise as a member of its Board of Directors. In addition, the Company also
appointed David Honig to its Advisory Board. The press release is
