On January11, 2011, Schmitt Industries, Inc. issued a press release entitled “Schmitt Industries Announces Second Quarter Fiscal 2011 Operating Results; Company Achieves Significant Revenue Growth and Profitability.” A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
