Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 10, 2011, inTEST Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release revising its guidance by increasing its expectations for net revenue and pre-tax income as well as providing expected bookings for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2010. In addition, the Company announced that it will be presenting at the Needham Growth Conference on January 13, 2011. This presentation will be webcast live by accessing www.wsw.com/webcast/needham41/intt at 4:10 p.m. EST. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
