Esterline Technologies Corporation (“Esterline”) previously reported on its Current Report on Form 8-K filed December 13, 2010 that its Board of Directors elected Dr. Delores Etter to serve as a member of the Board of Directors. In connection with Dr. Etter’s appointment, Esterline has issued a press release, which should be read in conjunction with the note regarding forward-looking statements included in the press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
