Arch Chemicals, Inc. (the “Company”) filed as Exhibit 4.1 to its Current Report on Form 8-K, filed on September 9, 2010 (the “Original Report”), a Master Note Purchase Agreement, dated September 9, 2010 (the “Agreement”), with affiliates of ING Investment Management LLC, New York Life Insurance Company, MetLife, Inc., Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Great-West Lifeco Inc., CUNA Mutual Group, and Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company. The Company is filing this amendment to the Original Report to file a complete set of all schedules and exhibits to the Agreement. A full and complete copy of the Agreement, together with all schedules and exhibits thereto, is filed with this Current Report on Form 8-K/A as Exhibit 4.1.
