     Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. expects to host a conference call and live Internet webcast along with a slide presentation on January 6, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. EST to announce 2011 financial guidance, together with certain guidance for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
