On December 31, 2010, the executive officer term of WellCare Health Plans, Inc.’s (“WellCare’s”) Executive Chairman, Charles G. Berg, expired as scheduled. Mr. Berg continues to serve on WellCare’s Board of Directors as its non-executive Chairman of the Board, but is no longer an executive officer of WellCare.
