As previously disclosed and pursuant to her employment agreement with PlainsCapital Corporation (the “Company”), as of January 1, 2011, Roseanna McGill is no longer serving as Chief Executive Officer of PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (“PrimeLending”). Ms. McGill retained her position as Chairman of PrimeLending and will continue to serve the Company as its Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. Effective January 1, 2011, PrimeLending appointed Todd Salmans to serve as its Chief Executive Officer.
