Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 31, 2010, Mr. Hai Ming Liu resigned as Director of Finance and acting Chief Financial Officer of Jinhao Motor Company (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Liu’s resignation was due to personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the Company.
