Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 3, 2011, we issued a press release announcing that we had completed the acquisition of a land lease for certain real estate located in Wuhan City formerly known as Hengdian Farm, together with the buildings and equipment located on the property.A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
