Item 5.02 Appointment of Directors and Executive Officer
On December 30, 2010, Research Frontiers Inc. announced that it has
appointed two new members to its expanded Board of Directors.
Joining the Research Frontiers Board of Directors, effective
January 1, 2011 are Jack Derby and Gregory G. Grimes. Also joining the
Company effective January 1, 2011 is Seth Van Voorhees as its
Vice President - Business Development and Chief Financial Officer,
a newly created position.
Biographical information about Mr. Derby, Mr. Grimes and Mr. Van Voorhees
is contained in a press release by Research Frontiers dated December 30,
2010 which is incorporated herein by reference and filed as Exhibit 99.1
