On
December 29, 2010, China Medicine Corporation (the “Company”) issued a
press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) has
authorized a second stock repurchase plan (the "Repurchase Plan"). Under the
Repurchase Plan, the Board approved the repurchase of up to an
additional $2,000,000 worth of shares of the Company's common stock in the open
market or in privately negotiated transactions from time to time, in compliance
with Rule 10b-5, Rule 10b5-1 and Rule 10b-18 of the Securities and Exchange
Commission. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit
99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
