December 27, 2010, Repros Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press
release titled “Vaginal Delivery of Repros’®
Proellex® Bypasses
First Pass Liver Effects and Achieves Greater Signals of Efficacy at
Significantly Lower Exposure.”
On
December 28, 2010, the Company issued a press release titled “Reanalysis by
Outside Statistician Shows Androxal® Provides
Statistically Significant Improvement in Testosterone Levels in Men with Male
Hormone Levels ≤ 250 ng/dL.”
