On December 21, 2010, FieldPoint Petroleum Corporation (NYSE/AMEX: FPP) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the borrowing base available to the company under its Citibank line of credit has been increased to $10.5 million A copy of the press release is attached hereto.
