Section 5 – Corporate Governance and Management
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 16, 2010, the Board of Directors voted to appoint S. Douglas Robbins as a director to fill the vacancy left by the passing of Director Elizabeth “Pat” Kennedy. Mr. Robbins is a retired petroleum geologist with twenty-six years of experience in petroleum exploration and production, including thirteen years of management experience. Mr. Robbins’s term will expire in May of 2011. At this time, Mr. Robbins has not been appointed to any board committees.
