Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 17, 2010, Pinnacle Airlines Corp. announced that its three subsidiary airlines, Pinnacle Airlines, Inc. (“Pinnacle”), Colgan Air, Inc. (“Colgan”), and Mesaba Aviation, Inc. (“Mesaba”), had entered into a tentative agreement with the Air Line Pilots Association ("ALPA"), the union representing pilots at all three airlines. The joint collective bargaining agreement represents an amendment to the collective bargaining agreements at Pinnacle and Mesaba, and a first agreement with Colgan’s pilots. If ratified by the pilots, the agreement will become amendable five years from the date the final agreement is executed. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
