Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 21, 2010, Allos Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Marketing Authorisation Application, seeking approval of FOLOTYN® (pralatrexate injection) for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma, has been accepted by the European Medicines Agency. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
