On December 20, 2010, ExamWorks Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion by ExamWorks, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, of its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Royal Medical Consultants, Inc., a copy of which press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
