On December 13, 2010, the Company’s Board of Directors approved an increase in the base salary of Mr. Bryn Fosburgh, one of the Company’s named executive officers in the Company’s 2010 proxy statement. Effective December 14, 2010, Mr. Fosburgh’s base salary will increase from $269,355 to $312,000. Along with Mr. Fosburgh’s realigned construction and regional responsibilities, he is now responsible for the majority of Trimble’s Mobile Solutions segment.
