Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure
On December 15, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing that it entered into a purchase agreement to acquire all of the equity interests of Emerald Waste Services and certain related companies.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
