On
December 15, 2010, Yuhe International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press
release announcing that it had raised its net income guidance for the fiscal
year 2010, up $1.5 million to a total of $18.5 million. This upward
adjustment was mainly due to an increase in the average selling prices of
day-old broilers. A copy of the press release is attached to this
Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by
reference.
