              BIOVET INTERNATIONAL(R) PRODUCT LINES AT EQUINE EVENT

Huntington Beach, CA - Marketwire - 12/09/10 -Global NuTech, Inc. (OTCBB. BOCL)
announced that the Joint Venture marketing entity formed by its subsidiary,
E-Clean Acquisitions Corp., and Agrigenic Foods participated in the Second
Annual Red Bucket Equine Rescue Holiday Event which was held recently at the
Central Park Equestrian Center in Huntington Beach, California.

The event presented the opportunity to showcase the Biovet International(R)
lines of dietary supplements for horses at the widely attended event which
raised funds for the Red Bucket Equine Rescue group.
